Our proud boast is that we're different in the way we approach the support of our customers.  For example, if you have a vital report to complete by the end of the weekend and your system dies on Sunday morning, we'll be there.  The majority of our customers are working at all hours of the day and night, they're not 9 to 5ers.  That means that we too need to be available outside of traditional working hours.  And you know what’s really different?  We don’t charge any extra for the privilege.

 

Being different means that we do what we said we would or you don't pay.  It means that we'll be there when we said we would and, if we're delayed for any reason, we'll call you to apologise.  These may once have been the basic rules of customer service but in the modern world they seem to have been forgotten.  We're bringing them back.

 

We don't apply call-out fees or sting you on prices for our service.  We'll provide a free assessment visit and quote you from there, based on our extremely reasonable hourly rates.  And we'll also charge by the half-hour if it's appropriate, so that you don't end up paying for service that you haven't received.
